BLACKSTONE CABERNET SAUVIGNON

From the start, the goal at Blackstone has been to produce smooth, flavorful, harmonious wines with rich fruit, supple texture, and balanced oak. The 2018 is a blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Syrah, and1% Petite Sirah aged for eleven months in a combination of French and American oak.This Cabernet Sauvignon shows bright cassis, bramble, and red cherry with notes of clove, vanilla and toasted walnuts. Pair with seared skirt steak, hearty risotto, or creamy bread pudding. Match New York Cheddar on your cheese board.
