BREAD&BUTTER MERLOT

Smoothly structured and deep ruby in color, this full-bodied, well-rounded wine combines notes of red plum and black cherry with dried herbs and sweet spices including cardamom. Flavors of toasted oak integrate and lead to a smooth, complete finish. This Merlot comes from Carneros, which receives constant cooling from the ocean. This, along with the warm, sunny days, ensures a beautiful structure, bright acidity and full expression of flavors.
