J VINEYARD PINOT NOIR

J Vineyards Multi-Appelation Pinot Noir is a taste of the 2017 vintage in California as a whole. Coming from Monterey, Sonoma, and Santa Barbara counties, these vineyards together show a composite of north, central and Southern California Pinot Noir. The nose shows a melange of black and red cherry, blackberry, and blueberry jam, freshly roasted coffee, and red flowers. The palate is supple with fine grained tannins and a long plush finish. Pair this wine with oven roasted salmon and wild mushrooms and soft cheeses like camembert.
